I love fantasy sports as much as the next guy.....but come the fuck on, it should not take an entire segment. And it's worthless as well, Charch picks some player to do good, or picks a player to sit or whatever and then Mac/Speigs go and say the opposite and it always ends with....."Yeah,man, I don't know....tough call, ya know?"
Do a Sunday morning show like Harry T. does on ESPN and be done with it. Banish all fantasy talk.

I've stated my case about this on the board before...I don't actually play fantasy football anymore...I just didn't find it all that interesting. That said, as you mention, I find a segment on a Thursday at this point in the season to be stupid. I can understand if they started to do it when the league starts playing on Thursday nights...I know there are some leagues that require your lineups to be in before the first game is played, but right now, it's just pointless radio.

And that's why I appreciated "Fantasy Football Island", Sundays at 9am. It was "GAMEDAY" and close enough to the start of the games that you received accurate and up to date info with enough time to use it. The show made sense and was actually helpful. In my previous job I worked 7 days a week so I would be out and about at 8-9am and had a smart phone so I took advantage of it. Good stuff.

But, as you said, having this shit on Thursday is just useless.

Fantasy talk is terrible.

Cardinals talk is worse.

Coop talk is far and away the worse of all unless they are ripping this jackass a new one.

Theo talk is all that is awesome.

Given the constant mentions of his website, I wouldn't be shocked if there is some sort of payment for his appearance. Very quickly he ended up on a ton of shows even nationally.

The more I hear about this piece of shit Crane Kenney being closely involved with this hiring the more pissed I am at Ricketts...and he is the guy whose nuts are being licked by Kaplan for all of his "exclusive" information? I thought Ricketts said he wanted no leaks of information and that is why he tested the waters with the Hendry firing to see who is leaking info. Maybe the fact that he is the leak will get his tired ass act fired.

Exactly. I love fantasy sports, and chatting with friends that are in the same league as me is fine. But outside of that small circle, nobody gives a shit about your fantasy team.
