Their football program is all that has been really worth it to the conference anyways and with everything going down I can't look at them the same anymore.

I know the coaching staff and admin will go through a big time house cleaning. Just everything is tarnished with that program and university because of this.

Maybe it is a stupid stance on my part, just don't want the conference I have been following for 20 years to go through this embarrassment.

I will say your not wrong, and there will be a house cleaning, The Big 10 brought in Penn State and Nebraska to build the conference, but where does Penn State go from here, do they stay at the top or start to fall to the bottom of the conference.

I will throw this out for Penn State and the big question after it's done, do you let your kid go to Penn State?

Need to start cleaning tomorrow. Feel bad for the guys playing this year, but all the coaches need to go.

They could clean house and bring in a whole new crew for the rest of the season BUT immediate sanctions should be in place. No postseason for any sport team for at least the next two seasons.

nope. You are correct. It is a stretch to think every program knew what was going on. Football and basketball in some schools have a different set. Of rules the fringe sports don't have anything to do with what is going on other than to feed off of their residual dollars.

Everyone will forget about this in three years. All the football people go, some schmuck takes over as head coach and gets let go in 2013, and we are back to normal.
