Nothing is more tired than the owners vs players talk. Without further ado, let's get to predictions for the upcoming (supposedly)66 game season. What's good?

I'll be back with mine by the late afternoon.

Kind of hard to say until we see who goes to what team.

Do you mean jump the gun? Jump the shark doesn't really work in this context...

Guys will get traded

Someone will underperform

Someone will exceed expectations

Someone will get hurt

I still won't watch a minute of it

It's because you suck. That's why you quit all fantasy sports.

New Jersey Nets point guard Deron Williams scored 50 points in Besiktas' 105-94 victory over Gottingen as part of EuroChallenge Tuesday.

The Nets point guard went 17-for-23 from the field, knocked down seven of his 10 3-point attempts and connected on nine of his 11 free throw attempts. He also added three rebounds and an assist to his 50-point total in 36 minutes.

"Deron was unstoppable (Tuesday)," Gottingen guard Kyle Bailey said, according to fifbaeurope.com.

Williams notched his NBA career-high 42 points for the Utah Jazz on April 6, 2010, in a victory over the Oklahoma City Thunder. He scored 41 for Utah in a loss at Dallas on Dec. 8, 2007.

All pretty much sums up my sentiments. My bitterness will most likely fade quickly once tip-offs start.

The Bulls will be in the best shape out of most of the contending teams. Pretty much their entire roster is back, so a short preseason and training camp should not be a significant problem. I see the Lakers (because of the new coach) and possibly the Heat struggling early. The Heat's entire bench might need to be rebuilt, and look how long it took guys to figure out their role last season.

I have given up on trying to explain things to you. You are an idiot that cannot read or comprehend.

Douchebag's point was very well stated, and I would venture to say most NBA fans here would agree with him. And the fact that you so strongly opposed his comments makes that even more true.

Maybe Douchebag can have more success with you.

They will likely have no dramatic changes to the floor personnel or coaching staff.
