I'm guessing even the non-athlete students at OSU were probably a little shaken up that day. It was national news, and it was the 2nd deadly plane crash in their AD in recent years. It affected the entire campus.
BTW - point of clarity, it was the head coach and an assistant that died, right? Not two assistants.
I think it was the women's basketball coach at Oklahoma State and an assistant who were killed in that plane crash, Spanky.
