I think even the most optimistic people on this board (HOVA and Good Dolphin) said to themselves after Cutler was found to be hurt was, "fuck, this season could be over." The season is over. You saw it today.

Hanie is not good, that's why he is not a starter. He doesn't have half the talent Cutler does. Cutler was playing his fucking ass off until he was hurt and was winning games for the Beloved. Hanie does not have a chance because Martz can't adapt and Lovie is just deferring to his O Coordinator.

Cutting Roy Williams now does nothing but make us feel better. There's four games left, big deal. He'll be back next year.

With Martz leaving after this year, who are the options out there to replace him? Tice? A college Coordinator?

Lovie and Angelo will retire from the Bears. No one will be fired.
