I took a look at the new schedule, and here are a few ideas for games that I have. Let me know your thoughts. I'm trying to stay away from games in January because I would need time organize this, buy the tickets, and get them to everybody.

1. Saturday 2/18 vs. New Jersey Nets 3:00 PM: I like this game because it's a Saturday, and we could probably make a day-long event out of it. We could meet up at a nearby bar for a few hours before the game, and head to the stadium after that. I like the Saturday matinee game idea, and it's the only weekend day game of the whole season.

2. Friday 3/16 vs. Portland Trail Blazers 7:00 PM

3. Monday 3/26 vs. Denver Nuggets 7:00 PM

4. Thursday 4/16 vs Washington Wizards 7:00 PM

5. Saturday 3/10 vs. Utah Jazz 7:00 PM

These are just ideas, and not final decisions. I stayed away from picking out any of the marquee teams because getting a block of tickets to those will probably be very difficult. I did try to pick teams that might be a good matchup, or games that fell on favorable days. All of this could change based on what kind of tickets are available. Right now it's just too early to tell how the secondary market will be.

I like the Saturday afternoon February game idea very much. Would be nice if they had a higher profile opponent that day, but you take what you can get. At least Kdidit can wear his Nets jersey again.

Prices are still TBA. There's not really much on the secondary market to make a judgement right now. If it's going to be a large group (20+ people), then I will probably have to look at getting group tickets directly from the Bulls. Those will run around $40/each. Hopefully some cheaper stuff shows up online in the upcoming days. The schedule was just announced, so it takes time for people to get their tickets up for sale.

I talked to a Bulls Group Ticket rep today and got some pricing. For that Saturday game on 2/18, the price of tickets would be $46/each. There is also a minimum order of 25 tickets, but I don't think we will have any trouble getting to that amount of people. I'm not going to make a commitment to this yet because I think eventually something cheaper will show up on Stubhub or somewhere else, but this is always a last resort if I can't find tickets elsewhere. How does everyone feel about that price? Would anyone drop out if those are the tickets we have to get?
