My wife is dying to go to this place. Has anyone been? I tried to get a reservation and there's pretty much nothing available on the weekends through the end of March! Is it worth all this? What's the secret to getting in sooner?

Thanks. I didn't browse back enough pages to find it from February.

Good review but has anyone been recently?

A good friend of ours went a couple weeks ago. She loves top chef. She said it was great but admitted she stayed away from a lot of the food. It was a little too "weird" for her. I got the feeling she enjoyed the experience but was more positive than it should have been.

I won't go because of the name alone. It sounds like a porno.

My sister was busting to go for a long time. At one point we all had reservations but had to cancel due to a family matter. She ended up going a few weeks ago with friends. I think she enjoyed it but although she did not come out and say so, it seemed she felt it did not quite live up to the hype.

I myself have no interest in overpaying for food, regardless of how it is presented.

They do have a lot of different food there -- I haven't been back since that February review, but it was enjoyable. I would stick more towards some of the traditional foods and not so much some of the beef cheeks and what not. I'm not sure what the current menu is, but if they have the blue cheese sweet potato casserole thingy, definitely get that. Very wintery type food and excellent tasting.

Well in this case I will make an exception.
