Currently reading: 11/22/63 - Stephen King.

The 50th Law, Robert Greene. Of course you should read 48 Laws first.

I am all for having porn style sex as much as possible, but even if you have it every day there are still other hours in the day left.

DIMITRIY SAMAROV, “HACK: STORIES FROM A CHICAGO CAB” - I’ve been reading HACK (http://www.chicagohack.com) for almost as long as Samarov’s been writing it online, and it’s always been a prime example of what great writing can do: present a fun-house mirror image of society both thrilling and heartbreaking, and Samarov does this, poetically, by default. Reading HACK online was the best medicine on a homesick morning on a San Fransisco stoop. When the book came out, Samarov offered to drive signed copies around town from his taxicab and I took him up on the offer, breaking up a card game at a friend’s apartment to accept delivery. I cracked the book open to page one the next morning and I was finished by sundown. HACK presents Chicago in all its humor and sadness, and if you’ve lived here long enough, you know every character that makes his or her way into Samarov’s cab and his stories.
