Good move. When facing the lottery you might as well play the young guys.

I just wanna say that I did not watch most of these games around the NBA tonight, but a lot of these teams are in trouble.

You know what's freaky? Is how good Portland is. And to think, Greg Oden and Brandon Roy should've been a part of that team as well.

I think it's fair to say Portland is a legit contender. I think they can beat any team in the league in a 7 game series, especially if they can get homecourt advantage.

Now it's six, in style.

Unrelated to the above post: there's like 12 people at the game in Detroit right now.

The Pistons might be the most boring team in the NBA. They have no identity, and not a single piece worth keeping. Blow that whole thing up. At least blow up Charlie Villanueva.

Knight and Monroe might be ok. But yeah definitely nobody who is close to untouchable and their cap is filled up with guys like Villanueva and Gordon.

Can't believe the Killer B's let the Wizards beat them and earn their first win. A dark day.

Man I love when annpincers use "read between the lines" language to call a player garbage. Dallas is up by 22 with 5 minutes left in the game and Yi just came in for the first time all year with the local play by play guy saying "these are the types of situations where Carlisle feels comfortable going with Yi"

I'm liking my pick of the Lakers to win the division. Theyve missed Bynum and haven't played up to their potential at all and are 7-4. The clippers suck on defense.

Kobe turning back the clock a little with 48 tonight against one of his least favorite teams.

He's motivated to shut up critics even with one arm. If you had a team full of players with his will to win you wouldn't lose a game. I keep saying he's not a top 5 player anymore but he's been playing like he may be the best player in the game.

Rondo just missed one of the easiest alley oop passes he'll ever have.

I didn't realize Villanueva was still in the league....is he active? like he's not injured, they just don't play him? why didn't they amnesty him

Miami is the most unlikable team since the 2004 Cubs.

Every time something goes wrong, they bitch. Shut up and play.

Jerks.

Dallas has won 4 in a row. 7 out of their last 10. Season saved.

I believe the Celtics that we just got done watching are certainly in contention. Except for Ray Allen.

Bullshit.

Even NBA basketball isn't safe from Tebow overkill.

That was a pretty nice behind the back assist to Melo by Shumpert.

Not sure why anyone would have watched this one. The outcome is rather shocking.

Wizards 105, Thunder 102

The Wiz ride the throwback jerseys to victory.
