He was investigated for sexual assault but was never charged and maintains his innocence. It appears he was made a scapegoat as a result of the previous problems and it was above Ferentz' head.

Speaking of players leaving, IU's Kiel and Wright-Baker are leaving the program.

I know IU doesn't do much in football, but when do you start to worry if your down there that maybe the coach isn't doing the best of things.

A little Big 10 Football news, on College Footballtalk.com is reporting that Iowa Running Back Jordan Canzeri has a torn ACL and is expected to miss the 2012 season.
