In the last couple of months, NBC5 has lost weekend meteorologist Ginger Zee & sports anchor Paula Faris to ABC News, along with morning news co-anchor Zoraida Sambolin to CNN. The NBC Universal-owned station here has replaced Zee with weekend meteorologist Cheryl Scott, as well as Alicia Roman, who does the weather on the station's Noon newscast with Marion Brooks. While NBC5 has yet to replace Faris and has relied on 670 The SCORE's Laurence Holmes & FOX-owned Big Ten Network & part-time PBP of the Los Angeles Dodgers Eric Collins to help out in its sports staff, they have found Sambolin's replacement on the dawn patrol.

Her name is Daniella Guzman, who joins NBC5 in March. Since 2006, Guzman has been a reporter/weekend anchor at Houston's KPRC-TV, but also has worked for both NBC's sister network Telemundo & its Spanish-language counterpart Univision. An exact start date has not been determined, but there's more on NBC5's newest anchor here:

Based on that one photo I've seen, Daniella looks gorgeous. I don't know if she's as hot as another ex-NBC5er. The one & only Robin Meade from HLN's "Morning Express".
