That's a good question. As maligned as he was among Bulls' fans & media alike, Keith Bogans started EVERY Bulls' game last year in the backcourt with Derrick Rose. While the offense wasn't always there from Bogans, I think the reason why head coach Tom Thibodeau started Bogans all 82 games was because of defense.

With quite a few injuries around the NBA, I'm a little surprised NOT one team has taken a flyer, sort of speak, on Bogans in this crammed 66-game schedule. I don't even know if Bogans is currently in the D-League waiting for a chance for that matter.

There's actually several suprising points to this story:

-Bogans started every game last year for the Bulls

-Most agree he played excellent defense

-There have been many injuries this year, so it's surprising that he hasn't had a team call him.

because he is bad? If you need a shooting guard that cant shoot, he is your guy!

38% from downtown last year. Not terrible.

I understand him not being a starting shooting guard on a playoff team. I do not understand him not being in the NBA.

U understand nothing. he made 1 three pointer a game! Avg 4 pts a game as a starter. I know he didnt have minutes but with the MVP as the other guard and a chance to get hot every game from 3, he made a avg of 1 a game????

hes a small player... and just because he started every game doesnt mean much when its thibs at the helm. for all we know it was just a way to throw teams off a bit so they wont know who theyre all really playing until the game is underway. i dont know about the "he started because of his defense" argument either. when the game is 0 to 0 what are you defending? most teams like to get their offense going first.

It's a bit crazy that he can't even get a call to be a 12th guy on someone's roster. This is a league that still has Larry Hughes cashing checks. Surely Bogans can make a team also.

Even though he's out of the NBA as a player, Douchebag, I think Allan Houston's still getting checks by the Knicks.

I'd pick him up if I were some lost-cause team like Sacramento. Maybe they called and he said no.

The people at Wikipedia chose one of the most akward pictures ever. My ankle hurts just looking at it.
