The Kings have sent out a new release that they have fired coach Paul Westphal.

You watch the Bulls-Kings game? Westphal didn't really seem to want to be there.

I don't know if any coach will be able to reach Cousins. He is a whack job.

I'm thinking P. J. Carlesimo might have a few words for the young man.

Kings will keep changing coaches until someone reaches DeMarcus Cousins, or they give up on him. Westphal won't be last to go down there.

For the record I think Westphal sucks now and the game has past him.

A good young coach who wouldn't take any crap (like a Mark Jackson) would be a great fit for this team, it's a shame they didn't fire Westphal last season like they should have. He would get Cousins in line real quick.

Assistant Keith Smart will coach Sacramento tonight when they host Scott Skiles and Milwaukee. I'm not sure if this is strictly a stopgap, but the Kings are a mess right now. As for Skiles, I wonder if the lovechild of Michael Chiklis & The SCORE's Brian Hanley is also on borrowed time up there in the Beer Town...

This is bullshit and it all goes back to the fixed Game 6 and ends with old ass Paul Westphal being fired on a weekday and 1140 AM in Northern Cali stayin live instead of going to Rome.

So instead of the Jungle, I get Sacramento fan with the Triple U sponsored phone call to plead fucking Paul Westphal's case to 1140's version of Joe O.

UNWAR The Kings, Westphal, Cousins, Mitch Richmond, Ralph Nader and the Game 6 referees.

Flip Saunders gone. Not very surprising. He was a horrible fit for this roster.

He probably should've been fired by the Wizards after that one clunker vs. the Bulls at United Center minus Derrick Rose...

In a home loss to Houston Rockets on Jan. 16, a visibly annoyed Saunders sat JaVale McGee for the final nine minutes after McGee alley-ooped to himself off the backboard on a breakaway dunk. McGee responded by defending the play to reporters, saying "Apparently if you get a fast break and throw it off the backboard in the third quarter and you're 1-11, you're not supposed to do stuff like that."

One of my favorite Jahvale McGee highlights:

That is unfair to McGee. He will NEVER be able to show off if the Kings need to have a winning record AND be up in a game.

He's on the Wizards
