I admire the man for building up a brand with Chicago radio listeners and then realizing his brand is bigger than his company and doing side work as a spokesman for Robert Semrad DebtStoppers.

Or maybe David Hochberg's just getting even more slaughtered by the housing credit situation and he really needs the money.

BigFan, you're in the building business - is Hochberg respected in the industry?
