Definitely not a fan of his but eliminating the Pro Bowl would go a long way to changing my mind.

"We're either going to have to improve the quality of what we're doing in the Pro Bowl or consider other changes or even considering eliminating the game if that's the kind of quality game we're going to provide," Goodell said.

Change it from a football game to a one or two-day "Superstars" competition, similar to the old TV show.

Players would still get their all-expenses paid trip and TV would get ratings that would likely equate, if not surpass, the pro bowl game. A win-win.
