I'm going to get to the Third Rail Tavern around 11:30. I want to make sure we can get some seating all in the same area. Others are free to arrive whenever they want, and it sounds like that will be around noon for most.

For those who have never been to the Third Rail Tavern, the address is 1133 W Madison St. Chicago IL 60607. This is not as convenient for people taking the public transportation, but you can still walk from the Ashland & Lake Green Line stop pretty easily.

I plan on walking to the United Center from the Third Line Tavern, but feel free to drive there if you want. Parking on Madison is metered in many areas, but there is free parking available on some side streets, so you may have to move your car after we leave the bar. I've never been here, so honestly I'm not entirely familiar with the parking situation. The walk to the United Center should probably take about 15-20 minutes I think.

I think we'll leave the bar to head over to the UC around 2:30ish. Tip off is at 3:00, so that should give us plenty of time to get over and get inside and to our seats.

After the game, if anyone still wants to hang out for awhile, we could head over to this same area. There are a bunch of bars located on Madison, so Im sure there's some places to get a drink. Many of us will have to walk back in that direction anyway, so it seems like a good place for a post-game gathering.
