Top heavy....Washington was done with all the injuries, Orlando was no match for Detroit, and the Bulls were clearly much better than the Heat were. NJ also has played well.

Even though the East doesn't get much respect when compared to the West, the Final 4 in the East should be good bball.

The only team in the west that scares me is San Antonio. Many have mentioned how the NBA Champion will come out of the west but I don't think it's the cakewalk that many are making it out to be. Phoenix is the favorite, but there are some eastern teams that match up well with them (including Da Boo). However, Tim Duncan gives me nightmares. I'd hate to have to meet up with the Spurz.

I thought the Spurs rebounded pretty nicely after that 1st game. Denver made them look real old in that game, and I thought they might have caught the Heat syndrome. But in the closing minutes of the game last night they really clamped down on defense, espcially AI and Carmelo, and forced Steve Blake to take some clutch shots. Which he didn't make. I think it's safe to say Denver's goose is cooked
