Glad he's back, but the 49ers, if it works out, the could help out Michael Crabtree the most.

It won't work out. He was done 2 years ago. What a joke.

Considering they don't have a QB who can throw the ball more than 10 yards, this seems like an unnecessary signing.

this is an awful signing...moss is washed up and has been for a couple years...roy williams numbers this year will out perform moss this season.

Really? Straight Cash is straight toast. He's 35 fucking years old....He will be the next Chad Ochocinco/Johnson this year. I'm sure many fantasy football "gurus" will wreck their fantasy hulls whilst listening to Randy's siren song.

He's done.

Although it really is risk free as his contract is a one year deal probably not worth all that much so in that respect it's a whatever signing.

Unless it's a really deep league I don't expect Moss will be much of a factor in fantasy football this season. I expect most experienced FF players to realize that before draft time too.

People will draft him, believe me. Never underestimate the power of self-delusion and fantasy gurus!

The move only has a chance to work, if they get a QB. Should look into Manning and try him out. Really this move is risk free. If he sucks you cut him in camp. Can't be as bad as Crabtree and Little Hollywood

Even in my 8 team league I would consider taking a flyer on him in the last round. If he sucks after a couple weeks, you cut him. If he doesn't..... see Smith, Steve last year.

Steve Smith never looked as washed up as Moss did his last season, Smith never relied on athleticism to do what he did. Moss doesn't have a 4,000 yard QB next season. I don't get the analogy.

The analogy is a receiver who sucked a nut, or in this case didn't play, the previous year, but was a star in past seasons. You take a flyer on them late. If they still suck, whatever, they are cut by week 2-3. If they end up paying dividends then you struck gold.

Moss will be a legit offensive threat this season.

Moss is dogshit; couldn't happen to a nicer coach too.

All those advancing the idea Moss is worth a damn, let me know what round you draft him in - thanks.

I think Randy Moss is washed up, but this is a low risk move by the Niners. Harbaugh knows that his WR's suck, so he takes a flyer on Moss. Either way the Niners are loaded & are one of the best team in the NFC going into next year, with or without Moss. Is Kenny's kid still on the team???

Definite "legit" and "threat". Unless you're talking about Santana. In that case it's a long shot but I could possibly see it.

This has DISASTER written all over it, as long as Alex Smith continues to QB the 49ers.
