No. Other people would be more than happy to give him money if he hits FA. What does affect it is that the Bears will slap him with the tag again next year if they don't reach an agreement.

In my opinion, they could target a back in the draft in the first two rounds who would end up just as good as Forte. He does everything well but he isn't a top 5 back.
