Laurence and Goff "build a bridge" to B&B live at the Lamplighter Inn in Palatine.

I'm not sure how much of a good idea this is...that bar is a little backwards anyway, and my guess is that the only cats that are in there before noon are the retired, hardcore, alcoholic, racist redneck types. Laurence may kill all of them with one punch.

It's not a board meme because he's routinely bad and weird. I heard all of 15 minutes yesterday and I was cringing. Each time he's on with a woman he completely embarrasses himself. No one over the age of 21 should spend more than 8 seconds discussing comic books with anyone other than a big comic book enthusiast. His views on the ladies are... hard to understand.

He could actually be OK if he stopped thinking he was god's gift. The A Team stuff he does with his producers makes me super uncomfortable. Imagine being one of the fill-ins and he says we only have half of an A-Team and then plays part of the song. Wouldnt you want to go fucking jack him in the face. Larry isnt even part of the A team!!! Half your shows are bumped for Sox games and bad local college sports. He isnt good enough to pull shit like that.

Actually, aside from Bernstein, he's one of the few guys on either station who speaks like a professional broadcaster. He speaks clearly, uses few interjections, and sounds polished.

*edit* What Hank said, too. That shit is pretty obnoxious and he seems to think he's some sort of mentor, role model, or father figure for everyone at the station without a regular shift. To mention it on the air as often as he does is just...weird.
