This "security guard" (about 5'3 150 lbs with a limp and looks like fat Freddie Mercury) was in the visitors gallery on the 5th floor looking over the trading floors.

They have laptops up there for guests to check prices, or email or whatever.

So Mini Mercury decided that a public computer in a wide open space where guests are brought in was a good place to watch a little porn.

Cue old lady customer coming through. She sees it before the guard who is escorting her and gives the giant throat clear. Mini mercury hears this and slams the laptop down with so much force it was destroyed.

He is suspended.


Morale of the story: When watching porn at work, in public, always always always know where your power monitor off button is

I hope you are improving and will be back on the air soon. As a guy who grew up in NWI I feel like I can relate to a lot of what you say. Although it's only 30 miles from the city (where I now live) it is a different world. It's a rough area to grow up in and I know a lot of people who never left, never got a job or just od'ed and it ended there. When I hear you on the air it takes me back to that place, that time, the parties, the drugs, the hopelessness. It also reminds me that I did learn much about people and values and while some 'region rats' succumbed to that environment, many of us have moved on to better things. My favorite part of your show is when you don't talk about sports. You talk about life. It's great radio. I look forward to listening to this later chapter.
