I kinda miss his shows since ESPN1000 dumped his replay.
Game Night is pretty damn good for a national show, but Jim's interviews were second to none even if he was 8 hours "late" for us.

Smackoff is this Friday and if any of the previews he has been giving are an indication, it will be the most overhyped event in radio history

I think Game Night is pretty boring for that late at night. I'll always flip it on but then turn the dial after a few minutes. I did like Rome at night.

If you want to listen to him over the internet, you used to be able to listen between 11 and 2 on http://www.wccpfm.com/

It's the Clemson Tigers station but they would stream it live (even though they probably weren't supposed to)

It's not so much that smackoff has become the Cavlo-invitational, but that not all the winners participate. Even if it was to duck in and give a 15 second emeritus kinda take would increase the value of the event.

I did not catch the last half hour of the show, did Vic in Nocal ever call in? He's so cool and can outrefrence the likes of one Dennis Miller. Romey was overselling hard, but he's on vacation next week. Best guest hosts on the planet. Jim Lampley or the brothers Sklar in long form? I can scratch out six hours of productivity at work.

Bring back the tape delay! Can his radio network get on 105.9? Late.

nope, and I have a hard time understanding him. I dont really like the callers for the most part, and the smack off is all the callers just talking about each other, I thought it was really boring. I just like the e-mailers and when Jim has takes.

I think we should petition ESPN to have Rome take over Dan Patrick's timespot--REACTION!
