well, Love is already outstanding
Cousins is someone would very well could be but has a questionable work ethic and already ran one couch out of town

Exactly. If Cousins works really hard he could eventually be as good as Love. But Cousins has a reputation for not working hard.

make that coach, not couch

I wonder how many couches Eddy Curry ran out of town.

it is not like cousins is a bum that can not get motivated...he is 21..he was very good for a rookie last year and improved this year...17.5 and 11 boards is pretty damn impressive for a 21 year old kid in his second season...the sky is the limit

Kevin Love is only 23. 2 years ago, he had work ethic already.

Cousins' skill ceiling right now is Kevin Love. So why not take the greatness already established over the greatness (or goodness) that may never be?

Using ceiling is a more offensively skilled Dwight Howard. I just haven't seen much reason to believe he will get there.

If Curry were in fact able to persuade a couch to leave town, do you think he would hire a driver for that couch?

Like I said, I don't think he will either, but he could. Most nba scouts and guys that ran the offseason training programs that I have heard talk about him say his natural talent is unbelievable on both ends. He's just mentally not there.

I like him, but it worries me that he isn't improving as the season progresses. I view him as a decent 3rd big ultimately. He needs to play more aggressively though. I love Kawhi Leonard though. Perfect fit, perfect team.

I said Cousins was the best player in that draft and I still feel that way. His potential is off the charts.

interesting.

Pop seemed to be giving him a lot of praise earlier in the year....seems really solid from what i've seen. not a high ceiling but steady , like maybe a Taj type

Just because you don't agree with it doesn't make it bad. I stand by that. If you take Hawk for what he is, a homer, he's great.

What I don't get, is why the hell anyone would want to take hawk for what he is...
Your statement is kinda like, "Well, if you take decapitation for what it is, it's not that bad". Well, sure, it's better than getting cut into 400 tiny pieces alive but it still very much is bad.

That's crazy. Listening to Hawk may annoy you, but it won't kill you.

Hawk Harrelson has to be one of the worst announcers in all of sports. And this is coming from a guy who loves the Sox and grew up listening to Hawk.

I'd love it if Hawk retired and Wimpy came back and do the games with Stoney. That would be a far better broadcast.

No chance. He's going to be a stud. Glendale Heights Brian posted those comments in our fantasy league.

The piece of shit comment is the weirdest part about it. Anthony Davis seems like he's cut from the Durant/Rose cloth. Even if he doesn't turn out to be an All Star this is a bad thought.

I'm not so sure about stud though. He needs more offensive game unless he plans on grabbing 14+ rpg.
