P90X Chest and Back. I had gotten myself in great shape last year. Fell off my routine this winter and now I'm getting back to it. Did 68 in 60 seconds last Thursday. In a couple months I should be back near 80. I wouldn't say I have big arms but they're bigger than Ugie's.

Of course, who doesn't? What I've learned from working out over the last year and few months is that it takes a lot of work, and it just doesn't happen overnight. And especially because I'm older now, and trying to work with 2 bad knees.....but at the same time I won't be like a little teenage girl posting pictures every 5 mins....and like I said, I still got a ways to go.
