I've heard several people say he actually might be released today as the state of California is releasing many convicts for financial reasons.

I'd find it hard to believe he can be returned to society.

If he is released, will everyone say "he did his time and deserves a second chance", or is that only reserved for athletes?

Can he play WR? If so Emery needs to get on the phone to the California Parole Board.

If released, how long before the lucrative book & movie tour?

Ozzie Guillen loves Charles Manson. How he was able to get so many women to kill for him and sleep with him? I mean, he respects that.

Who are these people and when should they be murdered for no reason also?

DENIED!

Though, it is quite ridiculous that a guy who was originally put on Death Row until it was abolished is even allowed a parole hearing.

Agreed. You would think death penalty cases would have been reduced to life without parole. Guess not...

Because that's a logical comparison.

Ugh. Didn't realize he was aging. That changes everything. Poor Charlie.

"He did his time" is valid for any person who is released from prison.

Luckily, I can still think Charles Manson is a bad person who doesn't deserve my support.

Many don't know that he physically only killed one person himself. He convinced some idiots to kill others, but he wasn't even present for the Tate murders and left the Labianca's house before Tex and the girls butchered them.
