Yesterday,I just enjoyed Steak & Shakes Steak Royal breakfast sandwich. Greasy steak mixed with a greasier egg white. Damn,that's good!

The White Castle sandwiches are great. A real hen's egg cooked fresh on a grill. Crispy bacon or a nice spicy sausage. You can get them on the little buns or toast.

Generally if I'm getting fast food breakfast, its on the go so a $1 sammich from McDonald's and a coffee is what I usually get.

Oatmeal and tall glass of orange juice or, in a pinch, Triple Sec.

Chik-Fil-A mini chicken sandwiches.

Its nothing like a slider. As Orr said, a fresh egg with meat on either wheat toast or a bun. Note, its made fresh so it will take a few minutes to get your food. If you're pressed for time don't go there.

A sausage biscuit and hash brown hits the spot for me from my neighborhood McDonald's.

My favorite at Chick-Fil-A is the chicken, egg and cheese bagel.

They have free breakfast items every Tuesday at Wheaton and Aurora. Next week at those stores they have 1 free breakfast item every day Monday through Friday with no purchase required.
