Just got the info on how @nbcmiami got their info via reading a tweet from a philly reporter saying "the feeling around the uc..." #goodjob

Look at Goff. Getting all "high brow" over the false twitter report by NBCmiami. Fails to mention he did the exact same thing in reporting Wade and Bosh to Chicago.

I think he's limited to 140 characters.

Thank God. Or else we'd get more false stories per tweet from him.

TNT courtside camera picked up Derrick Rose telling Bulls trainer, "I felt something pop." Otherwise, still awaiting medical report at UC.

Did anyone else hear it? Usually that's something everyone around can hear. No one seemed to notice.

Thank God for Rose that he signed both extensions a few months ago. Bulls and addidas. That's about 400 million that he doesn't have to give back. He'll come back, but he won't ever be the same.

Don't believe it, Goff reported he 'should be good' and I'm sticking with that.

Let's hope he can make it back at 85-90%. If running backs can come back, hopefully Rose can too.

Thibs needs to be fired, as I said earlier. It was bound to happen, and it happened at the worst time. He has been wreckless with Rose and Deng for 2 years. Doesn't take much to realize you can't do that.

I think he's faking the injury. I didn't even see him get hit!

So what timeline we looking at for recovery? Will he be ready for next year? Or we looking at mid year at best?

I thought it was like 12 to 18 months. Why not someone like LeBron or Howard?

From the horse's mouth:

http://www.chicagotribune.com/sports/ba ... 4935.story

The silver lining I guess is that he has the entire summer to heal and recover instead of going to London. The East has been conceded to Miami.

A year. 10 months best case scenerio cuz he is young. But why rush him? Just wait until the playoffs next year to play him if he's fully healthy. Or just forget all of next year if he's not totally ready.

Bulls might be a 5 or 6 seed without him next year. But Rose won't be ready to carry them in the playoffs anyway. So what's the point to play him at all?

Jerry Rice came back in less than a year I remember.

He seems to have a bit of Kerry Wood in him.

"I don't go backwards. You guys do that. The score was going the other way."

What does that even mean?

I didn't see the game. Rose was in the game up 20 with a minute left? That's interesting.

I think it was 12, it wasn't 20.
