I would be curious to know how many of the 650 million people are watching the game in the U.S.

Alright....Sir Alex and Roberto Mancini are getting into it and had to be separated.

Fergie is losing his touch.

How can you start Scholes and Park in the midfield for the biggest game of the year? It should have been Welbeck and Valencia from the beginning. And no use of Chicarito to help take some of the coverage off of Rooney.

City clearly outplayed them. Kompany the man of the match.

Congrats to CoF and all the other Citeh fans.

Now you have to finish it off, especially with a tough nut at Newcastle.

Starting a midfield of 30+ guys, two who are closer to 40, isn't a recipe for success. Still, I think Citeh will drop points at at Newcastle and if they don't all the old United guys at Sunderland will score a hat-trick of own goals to give them goal differential.

Citeh could still end up on top but Newcastle will be tough.

Mancini still needs to be fired. It should never have come to this.

Looks like Chelsea gets the first crack at Newcastle on Wednesday..Hopefully the Blues can heap more misery on Newcastle...Need all three points.

Great day for Citeh!

ManU deserved to lose for putting that shit lineup out there.

I would still call ManU the favorites for the title since they are all but guaranteed to win out whereas Citeh has a very tough game vs an in form Newcastle who will be playing their hearts out to try and get a Champions league spot. Should be a fun game to watch with both teams going for the win and loads of talent. Is there a more fun strike team to watch than Cisse-Ba?

Yeah I'm not writing off United yet even though they shit the bed today. Highly unusual for Ferguson to turtle up with his tactics and if they were going to play like that why not have Valencia on the wing for the counter attack? I feel bad for the Swans! Man U will hang a half dozen on them.

hell, ManU can still win even if man city wins out. Its only 6 goals right? So if ManCity wins a couple 1-0 games that opens the door for ManU to put 9 past swansea and sunderland. Not impossible.

Papiss Demba Cisse had the goal of the season today for Newcastle against Chelsea.

Ok, didn't realize Cisse scored a 2nd goal...just watched it and OMFG.

Is it better than Crouch's volley? Probably, because it was side footed.

FA Cup Final tomorrow around 11:30AM I think. No chance Liverpool wins this unless Suarez somehow takes over the game. I see Chelsea as being weak on the wings so maybe Bellamy can get something going. I better not get a preview show with Wynalda and/or Piers Morgan.

I'm not the least but surprised that Chelsea pissed down their leg against Newcastle...Four points down with two matches left...Looks like The Blues will have to win the Champions League Final to play in next season's tournament...Hello Europa League.

As far as the FA Cup Final, I'm not expecting much from Chelsea...wouldn't be the least bit surprised if Liverpool wins 2 or 3 nil. I think the bloom is coming off the Roberto Di Matto rose.

I'm looking at my program guide for Directv and I have the following for the FA Cup Final.

10:00 AM - FA Cup Preview Show
10:30 AM - Match Day (Rob Stone, Warren Barton and Eric Wynalda)
11:00 AM - Chelsea v Liverpool (Not sure who the announcing team is)

BTW - Phil Dowd will be the referee.

Didn't he just knock off Barca a week ago? What the hell are you talking about?

The only possible positive result from this game would be a career ending injury/suspension to both Terry and Suarez. I'm thinking a terrible red card and followed up by horrible racist comments.

If they had started Carroll they may have done better. He had a decent impact when he came on. Fuck Jay Spearing. Ugly ass clumsy inbred Scouser. Henderson and Downing useless as usual. Enrique stunk. Reina was weak on that first goal.

Congrats CoF, all you need is a positive result vs. QPR and you can party like it's 1968.

So, the inevitable occurred today. Wheaton Rovers secured relegation to the Championship. They'll be joining Wolves. Southampton and Reading are coming up. Playoffs for the 3rd spot is still going on.

BTW, I caught the Milan derby yesterday afternoon on Fox Soccer. Good match. Two nice goals from Ibra and Maicon. Diego Milito got a hat trick with 2 penalties. Juventus won Serie A thanks to Inter beating AC.

i'll always be a blackburn fan. but i won't have a way to watch them anyway. they won't be worth watching for a while, i don't think.

i just have never been able to warm up to the big four. and i'm not a front runner like shakes. it's just not in me.

just need a little rooting interest in the premiership.

I cheer for Sunderland in in the Premiership, just as pointless as cheering for Palace.

I've been a fan of Man City since i started following soccer around 2004 so suck it! Became a fan because they had american Claudio Reyna who was pretty much their best player and I really liked Shawn Wright Phillips. Plus I liked the idea of cheering for the underdog in the shadow of the New York Yankees of soccer (United).

Also became a fan of Arsenal that year because they were the funnest team to watch play and Henry was one of my favorite players. My fandom for Arsenal has tapered off, especially since a friend of mine is a big gunners fan and he is constantly talking crap about City.

So basically, you can suck it.

GO CITEH!!!!

Us Citeh fans have been waiting since way back in 2004 (the year soccer was invented in my eyes) for this title!!!

city hasn't won anything just yet.

Zack, I highly reccomend pulling for Reading. Loved their style and their ratio of redheads to regular people.

Liverpool got a win today against a hungover Chelsea B squad. Wins are nice but...yeah it doesn't mean fuck all. But Chelsea are officially unable to finish in the top 4 so they must the Champions League in order to qualify for it next season.
