That would be great, another Lubbee Smit plan.

Have them watch from the sidelines for 2 years and then get pissed when they don't perform well in actual games.

I think that Rodriguez will be the bust of the group. He only went in the 4th because the Bears see him as someone they could build schemes around to gain advantages in matchups. I cannot remember the last time the Bears properly used a guy with unique skills that needed administrative adjustment in order to excell. We are in year 100 of working Hester into the offense.
