Not sure, but.........................................

Somebody already told me that nobody is hitting 40 this year so I know he won't get 26 more over the next 132 games. :drunken:

He will still find a way to miss 4-6 weeks with some kind of injury.

As UMN correctly pointed out, Hamilton will find a way to miss time and not get to 40

Has Hamilton ever hit 40?

2 guys hit 40 last year.

I dont know what so crazy about JORR's prediction

Although, Ill say this years Texas offense is ridiculous and could definitely buck trends

Yeah. He's better on the booger sugar.

He gets his thrills from killing people now.

Once you get that taste... it's real hard to stop.

Granderson is an intersting case. He could never hit left handers real well then he hit 20 homers off lefties last year. Random spike that will come back to earth or turning a corner in career?

I think Harper will hit 80

He's been murdering the ball since then! Almost had the Kirk Gibson moment before Texas choked it away in the 11th

I still wonder if the Reds did the right thing in trading Hamilton for Volquez.

I still wonder what would have happened if the Cubs kept him, instead of trading him for cash (to spend on Milton Bradley)

So applying that logic to a season means batting .159 > batting .300

Maybe. What if you bat .159 and all 60 of your hits are home runs and you got 110 RBI vs. .300 and they're all little punch and judy singles with 65 RBI? Who had a better season?

And  @ you for using batting average man. C'mon. :?

ESPN Sportsnation poll has 71% of voters saying 4 homeruns is more impressive than a perfect game.

That's because people that vote in ESPN Sportsnation polls have the attention span of an unmedicated 4 year old with ADHD all hopped up on sugar.

If that poll was asked 2 weeks ago, the perfect game would have won.

In closing, ESPN sucks.
