Well, I think today's hour is a good indication of where the next 2 Boersless weeks are going. Throw in a Score Black guest host plus no Chicago playoffs and local baseball suckage, and needless to say I will be keeping my distance from the Score afternoons the rest of May. Plus, last I heard, Harry is still employed by ESPN, so I guess it'll be a WhiteAndProud Renaissance of productivity for the next 2 weeks as I work without afternoon distraction.

Terry used to introduce drinky as "The next big thing" in kind of a mocking fashion. Terry used to say this a lot at one time. This was when drinky was guest hosting with North and I'm assuming the talk at the station was that drinky's cracker ass was finally moving on up...to the east side...to a a deluxe apartment in the sky. Then that thing blew up cuz cuz drinky sucked. Needless to say, Terry doesn't introduce him that way anymore

There is no "next big thing" that currently works at the Score. The backups at the Score are either boring, vanilla whites or poor Bernstein-impersonatating hacks.

Yeah, he wouldn't play the game. The station needed a "name" sportswriter as a host to compete with the other station's "name" sportswriter, but get one who doesn't want to do a show, who wants only to talk about what he wrote (forget taking calls), and who then one day calls in to be a guest on his show and act like a jag game.
