Larry made some comment about finding Koechner if he did, adding, "You're in my city, fella."

What a colossal douche. Holmes, not Koechner. It was an honest question, and the Professor felt the need to muscle up to someone over the phone.

What is so bad about a guy calling you Larry? Typically, when people use the familiar of a person's proper Christian name it's a sign of bonhomie. And the guy is a celebrity. You'd think that would be something most people would think is "cool." But no. Adjunct Professor Holmes playfully threatens the guy over the air. Then, he'll go home and tape a copy of the guy's face to a pillow and beat it up for an hour.

When Koechner said "Larry", you could almost hear/feel Dan cringe...it's like everyone is walking on egg-shells around the little, ego maniacal twerp. Does he have video or audio on score management, Dan or Drinky??
What is the deal?

This guy is a two-bit joke who shouldn't be hosting or even co-hosting in a 3rd rate market, let alone Chicago.

As much as Dan criticizes other hosts, reporters, etc..., you know if Larry was at another station he'd be getting crucified by him and Boers. Kind of he same goes with Farmio and DJ...but that's another story.

I listened to 15 minutes of the podcast interview and right off the bat I heard Larry referring to his "students" at DePaul as his "kids"....Kids??? Are you 60 years old Larry?? What a frickin' D-Bag.

This Koechner guy always cracks me up. He is one funny guy. I'll have to listen to the podcast.
