Kind of a shame, because up to that point it had been a pretty good show. Actually, I think Goff crying about Bernstein not hanging with him or inviting him to the house is a little juvenile on Goff's part. Goff thinks Score people are his family. Or that they should be family. Goff's a little delusional in this regard. He doesn't realize that guys like Bernstein - married with kids - aren't the "hang out" guys like other single producers at the Score. Bernstein is not gonna play video games with Goff or hit clubs. Not to mention someone of Dan's wealth and status isn't gonna be a "Go out for a beer" guy with his subordinates either. It's not him. Bernstein is gonna go to a nice dinner and sip good wine with his "high society" friends. That's who he is. Goff should realize that.

The kid thing is exactly correct. Dan sounds like a devoted father. That type of situation doesn't lend itself to going out for beers or hanging out playing video games on a regular basis. You almost have to schedule those things.
