All I can go on is what happen when a few families moved onto my mothers block.They vetoed the block party. Went to the neighborhood Improvement association rep and complained that if everyone's kids did not stop running on their lawns they where going to start calling the police. Very anti social. The block has a ton of younger familes plus the library and park on it so there are kids all over all the time.
Peep's like like I said I can only go by what I know. When I lived on the border tween Bridgeport and Chinatown my neighbors where cool.
