I think it's great. I would rather listen to Cutler talk Bears once a week vs. some jerkoff talking fantasy stats with meatpants.

This is a pretty big get, actually. They have the Bears starting QB for an hour during the lunch hour the day after each game. Bears talk is king, and it's hard to get more Bearsy than that.

No comparison. It would be something if a marquee Bears' player not named Jay Cutler joined Mac & Spiegs to counter what Cutler will bring with those guys.

It is a big addition to get Cutler. But it's one hour on a single day of the week. The way they promoted this led me to believe they were adding a 3rd guy to the show, not just a guest for an hour per week. I agree though that it has a very legitimate chance to affect the ratings W&S get for that hour on Mondays or Tuesdays when Cutler is on. It may have some effect on their ratings even when Cutler is not on, as some people may decide they like them so well that they tune in more often. I will be interested to see if Mac/The Score has any response to this addition in terms of making an addition of their own. Brandon Marshall likes the Mike...
