Some of the food in the cafeteria was decent. The omelets were good, but eggs are eggs. Biscuits and gravy was good. The gravy had some flavor, and the biscuit wasn't dry. I had a bacon cheddar burger which was okay. The pretzel rolls were good. Wifey ordered a side of mac and cheese for dinner one night, and it was awful. No taste to it at all.

Been just under a year since I was eating their food for almost a week, but the flapjacks were good and the burgers were decent by hospital food standards.

for all the bells and whistles that naperville hospital has, my sister said the food there was terrible. you'd think at a place that looks so nice they'd have decent food but no...

i didn't stay long enough at elmhurst memorial to have food but all those white robes i saw coming into the cafeteria made me nervous.

George: eggs are eggs

GEORGE: So how were the eggs?
DAPHNE: Eggs are eggs.
GEORGE: Eggs are eggs. That is very profound. By the same token you could say fish is fish. Ha ha ha, I don’t think so…Listen Daphne…(pronounces Daffphnee)
DAPHNE: Daphne. (pronounces Daph-ne)
GEORGE: Daphne. I have to tell you something, this is very difficult…
DAPHNE: …Oh, I forgot to tell you. Al Netchie called me today.
GEORGE: Ya, ya. I bumped into him on the bus. What did he have to say?
DAPHNE: He told me not to get involved with you.
GEORGE: What?!?
DAPHNE: Ya, he said you could never make a commitment to any one and you’d just wind up hurting me.
GEORGE: He said that? What a nerve. How dare he say something like that.
DAPHNE: Is it true?
GEORGE: Of course not. I mean sure, there may have been one or two occasions in the past, when I may have reacted in uh impulsive or somewhat immature manner, but those days are well behind me.
