For detecting fraud immediately and declining an unauthorized purchase using my debit card number.....some douche tried to make a purchase for $253.00 at a CVS somewhere in Illinois and somehow had my card number.

I really don't know how that happened....rarely make card purchase online.....something seems to be compromised somehow.

They cancelled immediately and sending new one.

I agree with the shoutout. A few months ago,some asshole in the state of Washington tried to order camping equipment with my wifes card. Chase was right there.

A new way they are stealing numbers is devices they put on ATM. Always check the crd slot when you use one. If it looks funky do not use it.

This happened to my Mom and it was at CVS.
They also had someone try and cash a check at our local bank a year ago on her account. Fortunately for my mom and unfortunately for the thief the teller happened to be one of my closest friends who has known my Mom since she was 10. She doubted my mom got half a foot shorter, 100 pounds heavier and 30 years younger than she had been when she saw her a month earlier.

I know a few people who got thousands taken out from chase, with these card cloners it is getting crazy with the theft.
