It looks like he's going to be traded as Boston said they're giving the everyday 3rd base job to Will Middlebrooks. Youkilis is not having a very good year (.225/.311/.359) and he's a raging jackass but he would be an upgrade at 3rd for the Sox.

Youkilis is owed about $6 plus a $1M buyout which isn't too bad and with the free agent compensation rules wiped out it the Sox shouldn't have to give up too much in a trade.

I had never heard any talk of him being a raging asshole until he became mr. Kevin Brady.
