Does anyone have 1 of these? Wife's b-day is saturday and I've bought 2 other ipod docks that have broken already.

Neither 1 of us is really wanting to spend 200 + on one of these but I've gotten what I paid for with the other 2.

If anyone has any other brands that they've had success with please tell me. I also was checking out used Apple Hi-Fi's. The reviews are great but they've been out of production for a while.

If you're still looking, I'd recommend the Bose soundlink, it connects to any device via Bluetooth, so you don't have to worry about ports, and it has an aux port if you want to connect to anything that has a headphone jack... It's also portable, has a built in battery, and it sounds like a Bose product...

I use it with spotify on my iPad and I have it plugged into my tv via aux for surround sound, it's versatile...

I have the Bose at home and a Boston Acoustics in my office - it's really no question in regard to quality and durability, the Bose is FAR superior. It's also significantly more expensive.

The Bose I have has a rechargeable battery that is good for 8 hours of play per charge- it's nice to take tailgaiting or on the patio where you don't necessarily have access to an electrical outlet.

I bought the Sangean WR-5.

Smaller with a great sound. Very happy with my choice. And so is the wife.

149.99.

I use the JBL OnStage docking station. Obviously it doesn't sound as good as the Bose, but for how I use it, and the price(89.99) it does me just fine.
