What is your favorite healthy cereal and your favorite no-fiber, sugary cereal?

No need for cereal as long as you have a woman in the kitchen, right?

I do appreciate women who can cook, but I don't need 1,000 calories for breakfast.

Do you add sugar to yours or just eat them plain?

No sugar for Wheaties. Sugary? Frosted Mini-Wheats

Shoulda thought about that before marrying Paula Deen.

Do you appreciate men who can cook?

Most of the men I know do not cook. Maybe grill from time to time, but that's about it.

Pure Sugar Teeth-Rotting Magnificence:
- Frosted Flakes
- Capn' Crunch
- Cinnamon Toast Crunch
- Frosted Mini-Wheats
- Froot Loops
- Lucky Charms
- Honey Nut Cheerios

"Healthy"
- Brown Sugar Granola (I'm pretty sure it's a cereal, can't remember the brand. Some stupid shit like Sunrise Harvest" or whatever)
- Rice Krispies (with enough sugar to technically have it fall into the previous category)

I'm currently trying Kellog's Krave, which is basically chex stuffed with chocolate. It's good but god damn is it rich.

Has anyone ever had Cream of Wheat? I think they use that stuff for papier-mâché.

I was very much into sugary cereals, long before the dreaded food police got involved. Back in the day, I was definitely into other cereals besides Kellogg's Frosted Mini-Wheats. I was definitely into Cocoa Krispies, Frosted Flakes, Honey Smacks & General Mills' Honey Nut Cheerios when I was a kid growing up. While I still dig Mini-Wheats & Frosted Flakes today, along with Wheaties, another cereal I enjoy is Kellogg's Raisin Bran.

Cap'N Crunch Crunchberry. I loved tearing the shit out of the roof of my mouth in the morning, and remembering I did it when I bit into my pizza at lunch.

+1. I think this was the impetus for the favorite cereal of cartoon character "Calvin", who started his day with a bowl full of "Sugar Coated Frosting Gobs". mmmmmmm

Quaker Oatmeal, Malt-o-Meal, and Cream of Wheat are all good, as long as I can get enough butter and sugar mixed in (of course, I could probably eat asphalt shingles with enough butter and sugar on them).
