It's not just "The Boers & Bernstein Show" that's been discussing this story, a few weeks after creepy Jerry Sandusky was found guilty on child sex abuse. Other shows, not just on The SCORE, but also on ESPN Radio & Dan Patrick's own show nationally have devoted time as well of talk about this Penn State story. There are so many layers, and it seems like there's something different to report every single day. You can't escape it.

Let's not go crazy here. Paternoville was likely to be changed as soon as Joe Paterno wasn't the coach. This is kind of like applauding Penn State for naming a different coach.

Wow. This guy is a very brave and courageous soul. He contacted student affairs, he did some stuff and had to endure all sorts of nasty emails and Facebook posts.

I'm getting the feeling that this interview isn't the groundbreaking, cutting edge, blow-out piece of journalism that BernSTINE thought it was going to be.

It's like interviewing the guy who set up the Kraft Service Table during the Naked Gun movies about O.J Simpson and the murders of Nicole Brown and Ron Goldman.

Come on now, get real!

You're referring to NittanyVille V.P. & Penn State student Jeff Lowe who just spent about 15 minutes with Terry & Dan B.

Wow, Francesesa is beating BernSTINE to the story here.

Gotta play catch-up now, Danny!

Bernsy's reporting via Deadspin.com that more Sandusky victims have come forward on The SCORE's sister station, New York's WFAN and Mike Francesa. No other news outlet is reporting this...

Funny that Terry referred to Ozzie as "The most tiresome story."

"Neigh, neigh" said the Penn State dead horse.

We all know that Terry is tired of life. There is little left that he loves. Maybe the Boston stalker could cheer him up and show him a trick or two.

Yeah, no one is talking about it, it's tired, no one cares, no Sox fans are talking about, it's dumb, who cares.....so let's talk about it a lot.

Oh awesome! Talk about a tired ass story, former safety for Penn St., Drew Astrorino will be joining the B&B show to deliver breaking news, in depth analysis and, uh, other stuff!

Man, Danny B. is trying so, so, so hard to make himself into an actual journalist with this story. I almost feel bad for him. Almost.

2 hr's in and it's been all Penn St. all the time.

That's about it, man.

So, what do you guys think is Bernsie's motivation behind harping on this story the way he has? He's not really doing anything himself, he's just repeating what other people have said or written (which is why it's ludicrous when people call and thank them for the "all the work they've been doing on this story"). Is he just hoping to garner a little national attention with some of the over-the-top things he's said about it?

I said this a few weeks bad that I thought he carries some hidden guilt or shame, and this is how he is making amends.

This interview has a chance to get icky. BernSTINE is trying to corner him into agreeing with him and Astorino is really taking the bait.

Will BernSTINE pounce?

And why would you come on a radio show before you interview for a job?

They're talking with ex-Penn State safety Drew Astorino. Bernsy said Astorino was driving around and wanted to chime in, and he is now.

You never know who is listening and what if radio interview doesn't go as planned? I'm not saying it's like committing murder but, me personally, I wouldn't take the chance.

If the interviewer is listening to B&B he's not getting the job. Dan Bernstein said not to hire anyone from Penn State!

Well, I think Dan thinks he's better than sports radio. He should be doing general news. He's trying to audition.

Just a thought

1) It's about college sports, which Bernstein doesn't like.
2) He can use terms that make him feel better like "hero worship".
3) He can troll people by saying crazy things and then stereotype everyone based on the crazy reactions to his crazy things.
4) He can pat himself on the back for all the good work he did.
5) VERY. IMPORTANT. RADIO. lets him make his unimportant job feel more important.
