The whole thing is kind of ridiculous because the United States Olympic thing is a private deal. It's not publicly funded with taxpayer money, so why should a politician even care where the uniforms are made? I get the irony of the uniforms being made in China, but who cares? NBC will do great ratings and Michael Phelps will win at least 5 more gold medals. London will be bankrupt after the games, but at least Chicago didn't get them.
