Many folks on this board can write well and might be aspiring to write more professionally, or possibly do write professionally. Then there is the rest of us. For those of you with skill and fancy yourself a writer I thought you might get a kick out of this letter penned by F. Scott Fitzgerald to a girl asking him for feedback.

Dear Frances:

I've read the story carefully and, Frances, I'm afraid the price for doing professional work is a good deal higher than you are prepared to pay at present.
