They sucked.

Sucked? Hardly man.

You do realize they made the E a ton of money back in those years. Their gimmick was OVER, way over.

Douchebag may be looking at it from a pure wrestling standpoint. But if you look at the Outlaws' heyday (1998-1999), which was the height of the Attitude era, there really wasn't much pure wrestling going on anywhere in WWE. At least not until Jericho, Angle, and the Radicalz showed up.

I just hated their shtick, particulary Road Dogg with his dumb ass getting on the mic during their entrance, and before every match. I didn't find it funny or entertaining at all.

They got old pretty quick for me personally. However, "sing along with the hillbillies and scream dirty words" was crazy over.

This bit is without question in my top-5 RAW moments.

The RAW moment they showed this week of Rock throwing the Smoking Skull and SCSA off the bridge was one of my favorite feuds. I loved SCSA response when he got Rockys belt and threw it along with a bunch of SCUBA gear off the bridge.

My favorite Raw moment was the episode where Vince was in the hospital where Mick Foley comes to visit him, and then Stone Cold shows up later and beats the shit out of him.

Raw 1000 will be great if..........

Cena wins the belt on a heel turn finish.

this ^^^^^^^^^^^ ---- if they can try to get the kids into cena into the heel side of wrestling and ingratiate them to the duality of the sport, welp, that would be magnanimous to say the least.

That would be tremendous if they actually turned Cena heel on Monday night. But I think a Punk heel turn is more likely.

Cena either wins the belt clean, or Punk retains. Cena goes to shake Punk's hand afterwards, and Punk goes after Cena with the help of Lesnar and Heyman. The newest power trip in the WWE is born.

Cena and Punk agree at some point duing the show to make it a No DQ match for the main reason to give the fans a great match with a definitive finish. Neither wants to end the show with a DQ win and be resonsible for a lame ending to #1000. Big Show (ugh, I know but this is would at least be in line with him being involved) comes down to the ring to interfere in the match. This, after a night of more back and forth of Show hating Cena crap backstage. Show comes down. Looks like he will wipe out Cena, clocks Punk instead. Punk kicks out a la Rock-Austin-McMahon Mania. Multiple kick outs on when this thing should be finished. Triple H comes out as he has had enough being COO and all (or is it CEO, or is does he still have a title? who the hell know). He successfully fights Big Show out of the ring. However out comes Lesnar, F5 on H. Lesnar F5, Show chokeslam, Cena AA on Punk. Pin. Cena new champ. Heyman makes his way down the ramp during this applauding. All four hand in hand celebrate. Close show.

Not exactly the guys I would want together, but just basing it off of who is feuding with who they could at least somewhat sell this throughout the match.

Haha, you're right KS. Hornswoggle should somehow be involved in this finish. Being the ultimate "nobody saw this coming" move. Oh wait. They already did that with that anonymous RAW GM they had for over a year? Cool. :drunken:
