Theme Park Offers Discount for Mini-Skirts

A theme park in China has come up with a strange promotion: half-price admission to women in mini-skirts shorter than 38 centimeters. Oh, and the park encourages patrons to splash the ladies with water. Not weird at all. Plus, back in the US, dairy cows can now enjoy the comfort of waterbeds.
