I'll need to confer with the local NCAA football experts, but that $208 million PSU received last year includes includes a $111 million endowment from some donor. Either number is still big, but not as big.

Here's the Monday Game Plan:

*1:40P: 670thescore.com Webmaster Adam Hoge-Big Ten Reaction to Penn State Sanctions
*2P: The SCORE's Sports Legal Analyst Eldon Ham-Did NCAA President Mark Emmert Overstep His Bounds?
*3:30P: "The Second Half"
*4P: BTN/SCORE College Football Analyst Gerry DiNardo-Yet More Penn State Reaction

"Scoreboard Updates": Matt Rodewald

Terry's "two favorite words in show biz", Laurence Holmes, returns from a week off to host "Xfinity Feedback Zone Live" at 6P. Laurence builds a bridge to Chris Rongey's "Horseshoe Casino/White Sox Radio Network Pregame" at 6:35P from the Comcast Fundamentals Deck at U.S. Cellular Field before Twins/White Sox. First pitch at 7:10P with "SCORE Overnight" with Les Grobstein & Adam Harris following the postgame until 5A Tuesday morning. Appropriately, "Bum of the Week" is part of the EP version of "SCORE Overnight" after baseball.

By the way, memo to 670thescore.com...Update the schedule! Thank you.

Adam Hoge is the Big Ten Football Expert? What the fuck?

And, according to the intro, it's going to be PSU all day, every day.

No, Adam Hoge is actually the Webmaster behind 670thescore.com, or I should say The SCORE's page(s) on CBSChicago.com. I don't refer to Adam as an expert, nor should the guys.

I was anxiously anticipating a report from the ginger headed genius ZZ. He was going to add a little levity to my day. beni listens to ZZ so you don't have to...

Sadly, I will be waiting for his opening salvos before training camp a little longer.

No such thing. I tried to think of one song that I didn't like, and I couldn't. They were the first of the neo-soul groups.

Well, has anyone seen what Zach Zaidman & Adam Hoge actually look like? Yikes!

I would listen to this show if I wanted to get really angry. Since I prefer to watch sports with the idea of receiving satisfaction, I will keep the radio off as I have for the last 9 months.

Now, if the boys wanted to wanted to talk about some great out of market sporting events, then last night's Rangers and Angels game was a decent watch. Haren came back from an injury. Pujols hit a bomb. Trout hit a double that was an easy triple for him. But that would be talking about positive and enjoyable things related to sports. You could also dissect the train wrecks that were Chicago baseball teams and the British Open. I'd rather talk Angels baseball!

I don't think the guys will be talking about Rangers/Angels, the White Sox lost weekend in Detroit, the Cubs' lost weekend in St. Louis, let alone Ryan Dempster getting traded to Atlanta this hour. Sorry to disappoint you.

Bernstein is off his rocker. He is misquoting players now. I have seen the same quotes and it was clear that he is twisting what the kids said and the context they were saying it. It's his show, so he can do what he wants. It doesn't help his cause if he is actively misquoting people. There is enough to chew on here without re-creating "quotes".

So far I think the show has been pretty fun bad.

SHARK, I get it. They don't want to talk sports period. I was merely giving an example of something I would want to hear. Frankly, they should be talking White Sox. There's a lot there to talk about, I mean a formerly first place baseball team getting swept by the now first placed team.

Do you view Green Bay Packers fans the same way as you view Penn State?

You would have to think someone with the Packers knew about Chmura.

A quick update on the developing story involving Ryan Dempster going from the Cubs to the Braves. Baseball Prospectus' Kevin Goldstein has tweeted that Randall Delgado(?) is coming to the Northside in return. More names soon.

He was upset because the Big Ten didn't kick Penn State out of the conference and thinks the NCAA should institute something where they can punish violators of the Cleary Act.

And no one at Penn State has shown any remorse for what happened to the kids.

He's looking at you psycory.

Mark Chmura is a pregame host for Packers games though it's not on the flagship. How can Packer fans accept this fact?

SCORE Sports Legal Analyst Eldon Ham continues the Penn State talk on this program after Rodie's update. Hopefully, Mr. Ham has clarity in regards to whether the NCAA had the power to take this kind of action.

The Green Bay Packers need to be shut down, now. Every jersey that's bought and every ticket that sold is another vote in favor of statutory rape.

Let's not forget the "rumors" around a certain Blackhawks player either here.
