What the fuck was that?? De Aza just throws the ball in the general direction of 2nd base. Eh....someone will get it.
Your constant bashing of this guy is laughable. You better worry about your boy Beckham being able to hit enough to stay in a big league lineup.
I know you can hide bad defense in LF, but Viciedo has looked real ugly out there the last couple of weeks. Almost knocked himself out just now.

Guys, that was close! Viciedo just made a big defensive save off the bat of Joe Mauer to end the Top 5th. It's 6-2 White Sox halfway home on an afternoon where 3B Kevin Youkilis sprained his left ankle and is out of this game.

Alex Rios has left the building...A 2-run homer ends Nick Blackburn's afternoon...White Sox 8, Twins 2. Bottom 5th.

Alex Rios isn't getting enough credit for the outstanding season he's having. He's a big reason why the Sox are in 1st place.

Absolutely. Alex Rios' contributions this season can't be ignored. He looks a lot better in RF defensively, and he's been on a tear offensively.

I don't like taking Paulie out this early.

4 for 4 is about as good as it is going to get for him on any given night. This could be the inning -- w/ only one out, I have no problem with that move.

I just didn't understand the move. I could see it if he were the guy on second.

Agreed..Ventura did the same thing in that extra inning sox win a week or so ago...he should have pinch run for Uke and the game never goes extra innings.

White Sox are 3 outs away from finishing off a 3-game sweep of the Twins. They continue to lead 8-2 in the Bottom 8th over Minnesota.

Jesse Crain walked the bases loaded in the top 9th, but Hector Santiago got the last out via a force out to end it off the bat of Denard Span. A White Sox winner over the Twins 8-2 and a three-game sweep heading down to the MetroPlex for a hot & steamy weekend with the Rangers.
