How did Laurence handle the guy, SHARK?

I assume once the doctors take him off the ventilator that the wake will be next Tuesday and the funeral on Wednesday.

I heard it replayed on B&B. LoHo stayed pretty calm. He corrected the caller regarding the victim's age and then added that he disagreed with the premise regardless. Bernstein stated that he couldn't have stayed so polite and would have gone off on the caller (which is certainly true).

Oh, that guy. That fella was all flavors of messed up, to the point where I don't hate him because I'm convinced there's a lot more (or less, I suppose) going on in his head and there's probably a lot of reasons why that don't exactly originate from choices he made.
