Jiggs - sure living in a 5000 Square foot home in Lake Forest (or wherever he lives) might have high taxes, but comparing 5000 square feet in Chicago and he would pay through the noise. Property taxes in the suburbs are less than Chicago in almost every county when you compare square feet.
