because they're the franchise. and you know what? until m&h... m&m owned the score in morning drive.

But M&M didn't have a better show 5 years ago than they do now. It's the exact same show. So when they were beating the Score regularly it probably spoke more to the lack of quality of North's show than it did the quality of their show.

Similarly, I think what some people are saying here is that the Score beating 1000 speaks more to the lack of quality at 1000. The Score should be a much better sports station, and JORR has pretty much nailed the reason for that. But as long as you guys beat the vanilla shitshake of a show that 1000 puts out you're content. Can't say I blame you, I just wouldn't make the mistake of thinking those ratings indicating that the listeners are thoroughly satisfied with the product you guys put out.

This is something that I have long believed for B and B. MJH destroyed them for a decade. Now, with 1000 conceeding the spot, they get top ratings and are somehow crowned the power couple at the station. I think the afternoon drive is an underperforming asset at the Score but management is satisfied with just winning.

I don't believe M and M ever won their timeslot until North took over mornings. Think about the history of bad offered by the Score in the mornings but M and M never broke through until North. He drove listeners away from a long held habit. That's a difficult accomplishment

How dare you criticize B&B!They're beating AM1000 damnit! I have said what you just said for years. B&B are puffy chested, but if they had a real show to compete with, they would get trounced. Like I said last week, B&B is the lowest rated show at the Score. Mitch is a play it safe passive Manager. If he had the balls to make some bold changes at the Score & go younger, WSCR would widen the gap between them & AM1000.

What "bold changes" changes would you recommend?

I would love to hear Hood & Jurko on the Score, but since both are longshots, here is my lineup:

5-10, Mully & Rozner. Get rid of Hanley. He contributes nothing.

10-2, Bernstein & Rosenbloom

2-6, Mac, Boers, & Goff

6-10, Drinky or Connor McKnight

10-5, Les. So much for that.

My dream show is Hood, Jurko & Mac.

Regardless of any of the other above lineup changes, the best move is the removal of Meat.

I likes it. But I'd have Speigs in place of either Mully in the AM or Terry in the afternoon.

It's difficult to know when the ship has sailed. And it has sailed on Uncle Terry.

I like your lineup but a little Jewish heavy in the AM. Might wanna break them up with a Gentile show

Isn't there some younger on air talent outside of the current employees or fill ins? There need to be some younger perspectives on baseball and football.

I'm thinking someone in the 12-14 age range might attract a new demographic.

When I have Mitch's job, removing Meat & Loho will be done within my first 5 minutes on the job...and PRINT IT!
